  1. So what's the premise? Enter in what you did for exercise every day?

  2. OR, you could just check off each day as you go. I'm basically writing in what I did each day. So for example, today I did 20min cardio, 30min weights and 10 min of stretching (ie. talking with my gfs at the gym)
